You'll receive an easy-to-read Inspection Report with ALL residential inspection plans we offer. Our reports cover the visible assessment of the dwelling's interior, exterior, roofing, attic, electrical, plumbing, water heater(s), kitchen appliances, bathrooms, heating & cooling, fireplace(s), garage(s), and substructure (crawl space or slab). Reports include digital photos &  annotations of major problem areas & concerns observed during the inspection.

Our home inspections include a thorough home inspection + detailed/easy-to-read/straight to the point report with digital photos.

Basic Inspection

Price depends on square footage & slab or crawlspace.

  • Home Inspection: Structural, Mechanical & Utilities; complete interior (windows, doors, walls, floor and ceilings); exterior of home and immediate grounds/property.
  • Re-Inspection: a re-inspection of requested repairs and general walk through of dwelling for any additional concerns.

4 Point Inspection

  • Heating & Air (HVAC)
  • Roof
  • Electrical
  • Plumbing

All inspections are conducted by a Certified Master Inspector and/or Licensed Building Inspector.

Premium Inspection

Price depends on square footage & slab or crawlspace.

  • Home Inspection: Same as Basic Plan.
  • Infrared Camera Detection: Water Staining, Windows, Exterior Doors (Energy Efficiency Concerns)
  • Indoor Air Quality Assessment (HCHO / TVOC / PM / CO2)
  • Sewer Scope of Main Plumbing Drains
  • Re-Inspection: a re-inspection of requested repairs and general walk through of dwelling for any additional concerns.
